Pick a slot
Open the address, choose a place or a specialist and see the free slots for the next two weeks. For a later date there is a calendar.

A request, no sign-up
A name, an e-mail and a phone number. You enter the code from the message once per browser, and the browser remembers it for 6 months. No account, no password.

The slot is held for you
Until the team decides, nobody else can take it. So there are no double bookings.

Your team decides
A staff member approves or declines, optionally with a note. With a specialist the slot can be confirmed at once.

E-mail, cancelling and a reminder
The decision arrives by e-mail with a cancel link that works until the slot begins. If you booked ahead, a reminder comes the evening before. If nobody decides by the start, the request is declined and you get an e-mail.
Closed? The site says why
Closed hours are no mystery. The grey hour shows the explanation the team wrote. If you already have a slot that drops, the e-mail says the same.
“The place is closed at this time (ремонт). So your approved booking has been cancelled automatically.”

Three questions on the topic
Do people need an account?
No. A name, an e-mail and a phone number are enough, and the e-mail is confirmed with a code — once per browser. The decision arrives by e-mail. If plans change, people cancel themselves with the link in the e-mail.
Can people cancel themselves?
Yes. Every e-mail about the request has a cancel link, valid until the slot begins. The cancellation shows in your team’s list.
What stops fake requests?
The form checks for bots, and the e-mail is confirmed with a code. One person can hold only a few upcoming slots at one place or specialist. Suspicious cases are flagged, but nothing is blocked automatically — your team decides, can block an e-mail or an IP address for a while, and gets a short summary once a day.
