Opens only from your network

Rooms, offices and equipment — from the office or over VPN. From outside, the data can’t be opened.

The edge of the network

From outside, the data can’t be opened. From inside — everything as usual.

Scroll: what someone outside sees, what your team in the office sees, and the second mode where only the panel is behind the edge.

  1. 01 of 03

From outside — only a sign

Whoever opens the address outside the allowed networks sees just a short message: no name, theme or logo. Nothing else loads.

  2. 02 of 03

From inside — everything as usual

From the office or over the organisation’s VPN the site and the panel open normally. The password and the phone code stay — the network doesn’t replace them.

  3. 03 of 03

    Only the panel

The second mode: the site is public and anyone can book, while the team panel opens only from your network. We maintain the list of networks — a new office or VPN is added on request.

What it’s used for

An internal booking system

Booking meeting rooms, offices and anything that is taken in turn — only for your people.

Meeting rooms

The team books the room for a meeting, and everyone sees when it is free.

Schools and labs

Classrooms, labs and computer rooms — from the school’s network.

Hospitals, internally

Training rooms, offices and shared equipment — for staff only.

Shared equipment

Projectors, instruments and other shared kit — by the hour, no arguing over who was first.

How it works

Closed from outside, familiar from inside

The network

  • The office network and your VPN’s exit are allowed. A fixed address is needed — home and mobile ones change.
  • We maintain the list of networks. We add a new office or VPN on request.
  • It is checked on the server, on every page and action — not only at sign-in.
  • The network doesn’t replace the sign-in: staff still sign in with a password and a code from their phone.

What stays the same

  • Approval, e-mails, closed periods, the log and stats — everything is included.
  • The bot check and the e-mail code stay, and so does blocking an e-mail.
  • With the whole system closed, the team sees no IP addresses and doesn’t block by address — everyone comes from your network.
  • The message outside doesn’t show the organisation’s name, theme or logo.

The “Only the panel” mode is for public bodies that want a public schedule and a panel opened only from the office.

Questions

Three questions on the topic

All questions and answers
Can the system be closed to the public?

Yes. A private system opens only from the networks you allow, for example your office or your VPN. The whole system can be closed, or only the admin panel while the booking page stays public. We keep the list of networks and change it when you need.

Is the data safe?

Yes. Only authorised staff have access, signing in with a password and a code from their phone — and for support, only our team, with downloads of the log recorded. Actions in the panel are logged, and the data has an encrypted backup every day. Under contract with a public body we provide a description of the measures and a data processing agreement.

Can the system be on our domain?

Yes — your own domain, a subdomain of your website or an address of ours. We do the connecting.
