Pick a theme, everything repaints
Each theme has its own illustration, in the theme picker and in the header of the e-mails, and its own colours for the menu, buttons and free slots. The main administrator changes it whenever they want.

Your own domain, a subdomain of your site, or an address with us
Type your name and see the address. The address with us is ready at once. We connect your own domain or subdomain.
Nothing is sent or stored.
A short line under your organisation’s name, and in the e-mails
Without your text it follows the calendars: “Online bookings”, “Online appointments” or “Online bookings and appointments”. You can write your own, up to 60 characters.
Shown in capitals under the name in the top and bottom bars of the site and at the very top of the e-mails.
Your own icon and your own look when shared
Your site is recognised in the browser tab and in the chat when someone sends the address.
In the tab, in bookmarks and on the phone’s home screen. The main administrator uploads it under Settings. Without an uploaded icon, one is made from your initials in the theme’s colours.
On Viber, Facebook or by e-mail the address shows your name, a description and a picture. The main administrator sets them under Settings. Without an uploaded picture, one is made from your name in the theme’s colours.
Call things what you call them
“Halls” or “courts” instead of “places”, “doctors” instead of “specialists”. The word is in the headings of the lists. The main administrator sets it under Settings.
The links to the calendars appear by themselves, according to the kinds of calendars. You add links to your own website, for example “About us”, “Contact” and “Rules”. The link to the specialists carries your word by itself.
Put just one part on your own site
You can show just one part of Reserva on your own website. For example the booking form of one hall or specialist, or the public list of ZPPI meetings.
- It goes in with a short snippet, in your theme’s colours.
- It shows only on the sites you name.
- People send a request without leaving your site.

Can the system be on our domain?
Yes — your own domain, a subdomain of your website or an address of ours. We do the connecting.
What is configured?
The calendar type (for places, for people or both), whether the system is public or private, and its address. Everything else is included. The second calendar type can be added later — we switch it on.
How long does it take to start?
Our part of the setup takes days, not weeks. We create the system, the address and the theme; you add your places or people and the working hours.
